Become part of a fast growing international and diverse team What you will do Support the successful delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and Business Transformation initiatives. Manage assigned workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget. Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks and dependencies, and proactively escalate issues where required. Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution and delivery. Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, project teams, and internal delivery functions. Support governance activities including project reporting, steering committee preparation, action tracking, and decision management. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews. Ensure clear communication of project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to relevant stakeholders. Support change management and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Business Technology consultants, Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and client stakeholders to coordinate successful delivery.
