Job Scope Purpose of this role Manage tactical and transformation projects and technology implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, document, analyze, challenge internal & external customer requirements (if required), to ensure the project meets business needs / strategic aims. Undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks and issues as required. Ensure compliant with project governance and standards as stipulated in the PMO Governance Framework. Communicate the roles and responsibilities defined in the project organization structure. Resolution of issues and mitigation of risks without compromising the timeline. Main Responsibility Project Planning Define and validate the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop a detailed project plan. Plan and secure the required resources, budget, and project team structure. Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Establish project governance, reporting cadence, and escalation mechanisms. Develop a stakeholder engagement and communication plan to ensure alignment and commitment Conduct the project kick-off to prepare for execution. Project Execution Develop work breakdown structure (WBS) for resource allocation and identify dependencies.
