ROLE IMPACT The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of key business projects within BME that are important to operational performance and strategic outcomes, deployment/roll-out of new technology and/or software. These projects typically operate in environments where: Accountability is diffused or unclear. Teams are delivery‑capable but not naturally goal‑driven. Strong functional leadership is inconsistent or absent. Progress depends on influence, structure, and follow‑through rather than authority. The role exists to create momentum, clarity, and ownership where it does not naturally exist , ensuring projects move from intent to execution and deliver tangible outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery & Execution Take full accountability for end‑to‑end delivery of assigned BME projects, from initiation through to closure. Convert broad or poorly defined objectives into clear scope, milestones, deliverables, and success measures. Establish realistic project plans, governance rhythms, and reporting that support delivery rather than bureaucracy.
