JOB PURPOSE Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects (product, process, or improvement-related) focused on generating value and aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives, within the established timeline and budget. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate project feasibility for implementation Directly manage new projects such as cost reduction initiatives, component relocation, insourcing or outsourcing activities, product or process changes, and small program launches Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress Conduct project follow-up meetings with multidisciplinary teams Drive participation, commitment, and communication among teams, stakeholders, and customers Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Assess project risks and minimize negative impacts Create and maintain all project documentation Report and escalate issues to senior management when necessary Train and support functional areas in project management practices Manage the complete project lifecycle (phase-in / phase-out) Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory What we’re looking for Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field …
