Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships. As a Manager for Strategic Projects at Healogics you will have a part in changing lives every day. You will do this by combining strong data analysis, project management, business, technical and personal leadership skills to lead Healogics’ initiatives within the strategy team. This role will work cross functionally across the organization and with executives in the business to successfully define processes, execute on projects, and contribute to our key results. The successful individual will have the ability to communicate well with people in all roles and be able to report status to executive team. This includes facilitating meetings, conflict resolution and influencing others to achieve the common objective. The individual will have the discipline to focus on the small improvements we can make in scheduling, budgeting, reporting and other project management activities while keeping an eye on the big picture and making sure the whole portfolio of projects are progressing according to plan. This role will lead business analysts and others who contribute toward the successful execution of department strategic projects. All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Create Process Excellence in Strategy Team-specific initiatives by providing project management leadership to define and execute on critical projects.
Develop reference material for the organization on key processes and activities.
Direct project resources in a matrixed organization with referential authority to achieve project outcomes.
Manage vendor relationships and consultants as required by different projects.
Lead meetings to facilitate successful outcomes and accelerate project timelines.
Manage inter-project dependencies and risks to create successful outcomes.
