GFT is seeking a Project Manager – Software & Digital Solutions to support a variety of software development, application implementation, and digital solution projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This role follows a hybrid work model out of our Richmond, VA office. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Independently manage assigned projects in accordance with established project management and Quality Management System requirements, proactively identifying and completing required project management activities. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, client relationships, and team coordination. Lead and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas and detailed meeting minutes. Review and validate project deliverables for completeness and compliance. Direct cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, technical leads, and SMEs. Develop and distribute regular status reports. Monitor project performance and track against timelines and budgets. Maintain logs for action items, issues, and risks. Understand, apply, and ensure compliance with established project management and Quality Management System processes and standards. Resolve project-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and clients. Contribute to drafting task orders, proposal development, and business development. What you bring to our firm: Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S., or equivalent). Minimum of 6 years of progressive project management experience, including demonstrated experience managing software development and/or application implementation projects, preferably in consulting or professional services. Candidates with significant experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects may be considered at a Senior Project Manager level. Current PMP certification or demonstrated progress toward obtaining PMP certification with a defined plan for completion. Demonstrated ability to independently manage project responsibilities, prioritize required activities, and proactively identify and address project needs. Strong ability to engage with personnel at all organizational levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
