The position will require a combination of onsite and remote work along with routine travel to the New Jersey facilities to conduct site visits and to meet with onsite client leadership and colleagues, where a Drug Free Workplace Policy is enforced. Own day-to-day client relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance expectations are met. Lead client meetings as appropriate; prepare, review, and present weekly and monthly operational reports.
