Project Specialist
Area of Responsibility
As People & Culture Project Specialist, you will join the global People & Culture (P&C) organization responsible for developing and managing the HR/IT project portfolio roadmap. Your primary focus will be to lead and support the planning and delivery of projects across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting project execution from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
As Project Specialist, you will partner with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to manage timelines, risks, resources, governance, and change activities while maintaining clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires strong project delivery capability, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic transformation environment.
You will work closely with Employee Experience and Process Excellence Specialists to ensure successful adoption of processes and technologies, delivering meaningful value through seamless and engaging experiences for managers and employees worldwide.
This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a global transformation journey, helping define and embed employee experience and solution adoption across the organization.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Supporting and/or leading end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through closure, by developing project charters, scope documents, timelines, workplans, budgets, and resource plans, and by defining milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure successful execution. All in adherence to chosen project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
