Your role Reporting to the Value Management Delivery Office (VMDO), the Project/Program Portfolio Manager (Real Estate Projects) plays a pivotal matrix leadership role. Operating without direct hierarchical authority, you will act as the strategic and tactical orchestrator of the Corporation's real estate transformation. Your mission is to oversee the entire investment portfolio (Capex/Opex), ensuring rigorous alignment with corporate objectives, resource optimization, and standardized risk management. As the key facilitator for the instances of the new real estate governance model, you will bridge the gap between technical teams, operations, service provider, and senior executive leadership.
