Role Overview The Proposals Coordinator supports the Capture + Proposal Marketing function by coordinating and contributing to proposal development and production, direct marketing initiatives, and other business development activities across the region. Working closely with the Strategy and Business Development team, the role provides support for major opportunities and proposals, while also developing and maintaining marketing materials to support day-to-day business operations. The position may also provide support in areas such as sales and business development, vendor coordination, market research, and other regional initiatives as required. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role offers hybrid and remote working options, subject to business requirements and team needs. Key Responsibilities Support regional proposal team by managing the proposal activities.
