Rockstar is recruiting for a mission-driven healthcare company delivering specialized mental health services for autistic and neurodivergent adults. The company is growing rapidly and is backed by a high-ownership, mission-driven team. Our client is dedicated to improving outcomes for a population that has been systematically overlooked.
About the Company
Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. The company is here to change that.
They deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. They have helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Their outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life.
The company is growing 3x year over year and is at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 400+ clinicians. They are a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
About the Role
They are hiring a Psych Quality Manager to own the clinician improvement loop for one of the company's two core clinical functions: psychological assessment. This is a dedicated owner role for clinician performance management, quality programming, and clinical lead management as they scale from 500 to 1,000+ clinicians over the next 12 months. This role will also leverage your clinical expertise, wherein you'll provide support for the most complex client + case escalations.
The company has built strong foundations in clinical quality: a measurement infrastructure that tracks the metrics that matter, a clear root-cause hypothesis for where clinicians need to grow, and the early programs to support that growth. What they need now is operational ownership and designing of the next phase: someone who can run these programs day-to-day, and help build the future of efficient, defensible clinical care.
You'll report into the Clinical Strategy & Operations Lead for your function (psychology) and partner closely with clinical leadership. You'll own clinician performance management, manage the clinical leads, run quality initiatives end-to-end, oversee client + case escalations, and serve as the operational bridge between clinical strategy and clinician-facing execution.
This role requires a clinician who has moved into operations, or has a strong ability to design and execute workflows that improve programs and structures. You'll be the person clinical leads turn to when they're stuck on a hard case, and the person leadership trusts to translate quality strategy into programs that actually run.
