Pueblo Viejo - Quarry Development Lead

Barrick is looking for a Quarry Development Lead to join the Projects team. This role will be responsible for the development and establishment of a new Diorite Quarry, leading key aspects of the operation including resource model interpretation, pit design, drilling and blasting, load and haul activities, production planning, and material supply coordination. The role will work closely with various stakeholders to integrate quarry development, resource definition, drilling and blasting requirements, production planning, construction material supply, and operational resourcing into an effective delivery strategy. This is an opportunity to establish and develop a quarry operation from the early stages, ensuring strong alignment between technical, operational, and project requirements.
