Skills Must Have Hard skills: - competent in: Backend Development, Microservices, Python Nice-to-have Hard skills: - novice in: DevOps, CI/CD, API - beginner in: Cryptocurrency, Automation, AI, Data Pipelines, Research, Trading, Customer Support, SOLID - competent in: Kafka, FastAPI, AWS S3, RabbitMQ, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes Job Description Additional Requirements Solid experience with Python (preferably using FastAPI), good understanding of microservices architecture, hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery, familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, S3 or similar tools, 3+ years of backend development experience, basic knowledge of DevOps practices, experience with API testing and CI/CD is a plus.
