Position Overview
If you are looking to align yourself with two of the largest growth industries: healthcare and technology, while joining one of the fastest-growing companies within those segments, Rectangle Health is the place for you!
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and self-directed QA Engineer with a strong background in automated UI and API testing. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks. As a QA Engineer, you will be an essential part of our Engineering department, helping to maintain and improve the innovative solutions that thousands of healthcare providers rely on every day. Your work safeguards the quality and reliability of our products, giving the organization the confidence to deliver quickly without compromising the trust our customers place in us.
Beyond technical ability, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works proactively across teams, and follows through reliably once ramped up on their product area. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Requirement Clarification: Proactively follow up with product and engineering to clarify requirements when ticket or acceptance details are incomplete.
Defect Reporting: Execute and analyze automated test results and report defects with detailed documentation.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Documentation Ownership: Anticipate documentation needs and initiate them: test coverage, processes, and automation workflows.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint ceremonies and advocate for quality throughout the…
