Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in testing Manhattan Order Management System and/or supply-chain applications. The role will involve functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end validation of order-management and supply-chain workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing for Manhattan OMS/Supply Chain applications.
Review business requirements and functional specifications and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Validate order creation, sourcing, allocation, inventory availability, fulfillment, shipment, delivery, cancellations, modifications, returns, and refunds.
Test integrations between OMS and ERP, WMS, POS, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and logistics systems.
Execute API testing and validate request/response payloads, business rules, and error handling.
Use SQL queries to validate backend data and transaction consistency.
Document, track, retest, and close defects; participate in defect triage and root-cause discussions.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and client stakeholders.
Support UAT, release validation, production verification, and QA status reporting.
Must-Have Skills
3–5 years of experience in software QA and testing.
Hands-on experience with Manhattan OMS, Manhattan Active Order Management (MAOM), or related Manhattan Supply Chain solutions.
Strong understanding of order management and supply-chain processes.
Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Strong API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
Good SQL and database-validation skills.
Knowledge of the order lifecycle, inventory availability, sourcing, allocation, fulfillment, shipment, returns, and refunds.
Experience with JIRA or a similar defect-management tool and sound knowledge of STLC/SDLC.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Manhattan Active Omni or additional Manhattan Supply Chain products, including Manhattan WMS.
Experience testing Retail, eCommerce, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain applications.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Java, or similar automation technologies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and cloud-based application environments.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
