Quality & Process Improvement Coordinator to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify process inefficiencies, track quality metrics, support corrective actions, and help drive operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, quality, production, or process improvement experience who is looking to grow their career in continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Support quality and process improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation. • Collect, analyze, and report production and quality data. • Monitor KPIs related to defects, scrap, rework, downtime, and productivity. • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action implementation. • Conduct process audits and verify adherence to standard operating procedures. • Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training materials. • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and quality. • Assist with process mapping and workflow analysis. • Coordinate follow-up activities resulting from quality concerns and customer issues. • Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to identify improvement opportunities. • Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews. Qualifications Required • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or process improvement. • Experience working in an automotive, industrial, assembly, or manufacturing environment. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Ability to analyze data and identify trends. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Preferred • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles. • Exposure to Six Sigma methodologies. • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto). • Familiarity with quality systems, audits, and corrective actions. • Experience supporting continuous improvement…
