Procon is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to support the field inspection of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction inspection experience, strong knowledge of industry practices and applicable codes, and the ability to effectively coordinate with project teams while maintaining accurate inspection records. This position does not offer employment visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Requirements Qualifications and Skills 15 years of experience in construction inspection, including significant experience with complex MEP construction and renovation projects. Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar inspection role. Demonstrated fire alarm system experience is required, including experience with the installation, inspection, replacement, testing, and/or commissioning of fire alarm systems. Experience with fire alarm control panels, notification/alarm devices, detectors, annunciators, and associated system components is required. Experience supporting phased fire alarm demolition, replacement, and system cutover activities is highly preferred. Associate degree in a construction-related field, completion of a trade school program, or an equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction methods, codes, standards, and industry practices. Strong understanding of applicable fire alarm and life-safety requirements, codes, and construction practices. Experience reviewing construction work for compliance with contract documents, codes, specifications, and project requirements. Experience using construction management software; E-Builder experience is preferred. Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation. Ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, project teams, and other construction stakeholders. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certification and OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
