The Chemours Company, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in Parkersburg, West Virginia . This highly visible role is a key contributor within both the Operations and Quality organizations and reports directly to the Global Analytical Quality Manager. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer expectations, manufacturing performance, and quality system requirements are fully aligned. Serving as the primary liaison between Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, Customers, and Suppliers, you will lead efforts to resolve quality issues, investigate customer complaints, improve manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver who thrives in a manufacturing environment, possesses strong technical and analytical skills, and has the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable quality improvements. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as a quality leader and subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and established quality management systems. Partner with Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between the Voice of the Process and the Voice of the Customer. Lead investigations into customer complaints, nonconforming products, process deviations, and quality-related incidents. Conduct root cause analyses using structured problem-solving methodologies and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and manage customer responses, including 8D reports, corrective action…
