Overview
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Director and Open Rank Professor of Business Administration provides academic and operational leadership for the vision and day-to-day administration, and continuous improvement of the Business program in alignment with the strategic vision and priorities established by the university. This is a twelve-month, full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position serving in the Undergraduate College.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Director to implement program initiatives and will provide leadership in curriculum development and maintenance, cultivate relationships with external partners, provide oversight to experiential learning opportunities, and work collaboratively across the University to support program growth and student success. The Director will partner with colleagues in enrollment, admissions, graduate programs, advising and coaching, Career Bridge, and student finance to strengthen recruitment, retention, and student outcomes.

Each term, you will facilitate blended and online classes that utilize technology and data to drive instruction. You will work with a dedicated team of faculty, success coaches/advisors, career advisors, employer relations managers, and data analysts to determine how to personalize the learning experience for your students. In addition to teaching content, you will support students with meeting the goals that they have for themselves and celebrate the lived experiences they bring to the classroom.
