Lead Analyst, Corporate Communication

- Internal Communications - Help to standardize the company’s approach to internal communications as we scale, establishing repeatable rhythms to inform employees about business strategy, priorities, and culture. - Leverage video as a leading medium to make internal messages more easily consumable. - Write and edit content including internal newsletters, employee emails, leadership communications, and All Hands materials. - Maintain an internal editorial calendar to drive efficiency and standards around communications tone, approach, and cadence. - Partner to inform communications plans around major company announcements and milestones. - Monitor employee feedback to continuously improve comms impact. - Social Media - Own and develop the company’s strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram. - Create and curate compelling social content that engages both our buyer audiences and our employee community while strengthening the Icertis brand. - Find creative ways to showcase Icertis employees, culture, leadership, customer stories, company milestones, events, and points of view. - Lead the Icertis Booster Club – our employee advocacy program – to grow Icertian engagement and participation on social media. - Stay current on social trends, formats, creator behaviors, and platform changes, and identify opportunities for Icertis to experiment. - Track social performance and use insights to refine content, messaging, and channel strategy.
