Role Overview This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Job Summary The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting and testing materials, components, and products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. The role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects, and recommending corrective actions to ensure products are safe, reliable, and meet customer expectations. The Inspector will receive training on reading drawings and understanding customer requirements and inspecting to those requirements. S/he will also perform Final V&M, and other inspections prior to parts being shipped along with documenting findings and ensuring quality parts go out the door. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products using appropriate methods and tools. Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including reports, logs, and non-conformance records. Ensure products comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements. Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and document findings accurately.
