We are looking for a Quality Manager – Site Gendorf (m/f/d) to join our team at the Gendorf site as soon as possible. Purpose of the Role The position is responsible for leading and developing quality management while ensuring the highest standards of quality and product safety. The objective is to ensure compliance with customer requirements, legal regulations, and certified management systems; continuously improve quality processes; and sustainably maintain customer satisfaction through effective quality analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective and preventive actions. The role also represents the company in quality-related matters with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead, organize, and continuously develop quality management at the site. Identify emerging quality and product safety topics and initiate and manage improvement projects in close collaboration with relevant departments and the Business Excellence team. Ensure the implementation of quality requirements and standards across all relevant processes. Maintain and further develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and its associated documentation. Plan, conduct, and support internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and certification audits. Conduct risk assessments focusing on quality and product safety, and define and monitor appropriate measures. Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to sustainably improve product and process quality. Develop and continuously improve specifications, inspection plans, and testing procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Support Procurement and Supply Chain Management in quality-related supplier matters, including audits, technical discussions, complaint management, and specification development. Monitor relevant quality KPIs and prepare and present quality reports. Advise and support relevant departments on all quality-related matters.
