Join us as a Quality Technician in Leeds . As our Quality Technician at Remagin in Leeds, you will make sure every panel leaving our line is built right, checking the work as it happens and helping the team put things right when they are not. You do not need a background in quality to apply. If you have a sharp eye for detail and understand how a production line works, we will train you in our quality and design standards, in how to investigate problems properly and in the improvement methods we use across the site. This is a site based role in Leeds with no travel, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday on a two shift rotation of 6am to 2pm and 10am to 6pm, changing week to week, with overtime available at weekends if you want it. There is real scope to develop here, whether that is through training and qualifications or moving into other roles and departments as you grow. What you'll do Carry out the quality checks on every panel produced during your shift, including panels fitted with windows and insulation. Complete additional checks on roll formed parts as requested by the quality team. Record all your inspection results accurately using our quality inspection app. Raise a report where something does not meet standard, look into why it happened and agree a clear plan to put it right. Support operators with training so that panels are built to our design and quality standards. Work closely with production, design and improvement colleagues to keep quality consistent across the line. Support housekeeping and improvement activity in your own area. What you'll bring Essential Strong attention to detail. Good analytical skills. Clear communication. The ability to work well with teams across different departments and processes. A good understanding of, and commitment to, continuous improvement and process discipline. The ability to work with minimum supervision, as you will be the only person in this role on your shift. Ambition and an interest in building your career. Desirable Experience from a quality background, such as checking processes, identifying faults and working to a high standard of accuracy.
