Role Outline The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT hiring across our growing Hyderabad-based Global Capability Centre team. Supported by the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with the business to understand talent needs, build robust sourcing strategies, and drive quality hiring outcomes through data analysis and process rigor. You will collaborate closely with the Sydney and Hyderabad People & Culture team and work in partnership with our Talent as a Service business, Talent Formula, to execute advanced talent strategies. This position is crucial for supporting Quantaco's strategic growth objectives, enhancing our employer brand within the Indian market, and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time for us to grow. Key Responsibilities Drive fast-paced, high-volume, and business-critical hiring while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience. Own and manage high-volume, niche, and senior hiring, driving the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, including accounting and finance, tech roles (IT), business support positions (non-IT) and Senior Roles within our Hyderabad office. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and formulate advanced recruitment strategies that ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. Design, develop, and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent, proactively building and maintaining robust talent pipelines for critical and frequently hired roles across all functions. Lead the sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates partnering with Talent Formula’s resourcing team. Use a variety of channels, including executive search techniques, job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases, ensuring alignment with Quantaco's values and technical requirements. Ensure the effective administration and management of the candidate journey within Keka, our HRIS platform, upholding accurate data entry, timely communication, and process adherence for all candidates. Drive exceptional candidate engagement through a professional, communicative, and positive approach to candidate management throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
