Rogers Group is seeking a Groundman/Maintenance Person for our quarry operation located in Madisonville, TN. The Groundman/Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting aggregate production operations through general labor, plant maintenance, equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair activities. This position works closely with plant operators and maintenance personnel to ensure quarry equipment, conveyors, crushers, screens, and related systems operate safely and efficiently. This position will report to the Plant Manager.
