Who are we looking for? The R&D Engineer III will provide technical leadership for pilot plant operations, process optimization, and scale-up activities to support R&D and new product development programs. This role is responsible for planning and executing experimental campaigns, troubleshooting process and equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, efficiency, and product quality. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to translate laboratory innovations into scalable manufacturing processes. The role will also supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, evaluate new technologies and equipment, and contribute to the long-term development of pilot plant capabilities and operational excellence.
