Duties, Responsibilities & Other As the KCI’s Real Estate Leasing Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible to lead the organization through the entire office space leasing process lifecycle from identification of space need through executed lease and ultimate termination. This role will be responsible to maintain and monitor all company building leases throughout the United States (90+) for expiration, renewal, relocation and termination and engage with local landlords and brokers as necessary to full-fill the needs of the corporation. This will include interaction and use with multiple databases (Microsoft, Yardi, ERP, DocuSign), assist in the development of business cases, performing property research and analysis, coordination with internal and external partners to negotiate leases that meet target terms. Management and reporting of lease real estate activities, establishment and monitoring of budgets and working with brokers, interior designers and vendors are all required to establish successful lease lifecycles.
