Overview of the role: Reporting to the Facilities Manager , the incumbent will serve as the Receptionist at the Saint-Léonard office while also providing administrative support. Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, on-site . How you will make contributions that matter: Receive and distribute mail; Welcome and register visitors; Order office supplies and stationery and maintain monthly inventory records; Coordinate courier shipments (Purolator and other service providers); Manage the access card control system; Maintain and update the telephone extension list; Perform other related duties as required. You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: Relevant experience in a similar role; Experience in customer service and/or administration; Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written (required); Knowledge of Italian (an asset); Strong initiative and ability to work independently; Friendly and approachable demeanor; Discretion, courtesy, professionalism, and a high regard for confidentiality. As part of their duties, the position holder will be required to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues or other stakeholders located in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, or across North America.
