Recruiter (High Volume)

We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our Grand Rapids operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving candidates through the hiring process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in keeping hiring pipelines active, filling hiring classes, and building excitement about opportunities at Evolution. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication Drive candidate engagement through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records Support sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach   1+ years of relevant experience , preferably in a high-volume environment Experience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar roles High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven Strong communication and candidate engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail Comfortable working toward hiring goals and recruitment metrics Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Preferred Knowledge of the local talent market Experience with hiring events, community outreach, and workforce partnerships Additional language skills are a plus This position is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing team, we also offer: Competitive Salary: $50,000 annually Comprehensive Health Benefits with Low Cost for Premiums: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Generous Paid Time Off: Work hard, recharge Invest in Your Future: Build long-term financial security with our 401(k) plan and company match, helping you save more for the years ahead.
