The Greenery is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team!
As our Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building the team that drives our success. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organization to understand their talent needs, develop creative recruiting strategies, connect with top candidates, and guide candidates through an exceptional hiring experience from first conversation to first day.
This is more than simply filling open positions. You’ll help shape our workforce, strengthen our culture, and bring talented people into a company where people have the opportunity to grow personally, professionally, and financially.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources , you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping us continue to build a strong talent pipeline for the future.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Creates and manages job postings and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
