Hours: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend or become permanent
Location: Remote. If based in London, the ability to co-work from our office three days per week is required. We are currently unable to sponsor visas.
Time Zone : Must be located between UTC to UTC +3. Flexibility with working hours is essential.

Salary: Salary is dependent upon location and experience. E.g., £36,330 - £39,098 for London-based roles; R664,603 - R715,240 for South Africa-based roles, Ksh4,794,991 - Ksh5,160,324 for Kenya-based roles; €37,324 - €40,168 for Portugal-based roles.

LEEP is seeking a highly organised, mission-driven, and proactive Recruitment Associate to support the growth and effectiveness of our talent acquisition processes. This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of LEEP’s operations, providing essential support to the Recruitment Manager and the wider team to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent to deliver LEEP’s mission and maximise its impact.
As a Recruitment Associate, you will report to the Recruitment Manager, working closely with them to drive recruitment initiatives, manage candidate communications, and support the smooth execution of hiring processes. Your responsibilities will be varied and meaningful: from posting job openings and sourcing candidates, to conducting interviews and assisting with onboarding logistics. You will also contribute to improving recruitment processes and systems, helping the team operate efficiently and professionally.
This is a collaborative, high-impact position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment. You will need to be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities while working independently. A positive, can-do attitude, curiosity, and strong communication skills will help you succeed as you support LEEP in building a strong, capable team.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Support
Assist the Recruitment Manager with end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, sourcing candidates, and screening applications.
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and calls between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring schedules, agendas, and follow-ups are well organised.
Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.
Ensure that all interactions reflect LEEP’s values and mission.
Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and other recruitment documentation.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems to inform reporting and decision-making.
