Job Title: Refinery Superintendent Work Arrangement: Onsite Location: Newark, California Employment Type: Full Time Engagement Type: Direct Hire Final Interview: Position Summary Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Refinery Superintendent on behalf of our client, a food enterprise that serves manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with ingredients and branded products including poultry, beef, eggs, alternative proteins, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa, and chocolate. The Refinery Superintendent oversees safety, food quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance at the Newark Refinery plant in Newark, California. Key Responsibilities Ensure that employee safety, food safety, and environmental compliance programs are implemented. Maintain accountability for all internal and external operating and regulatory procedures. Lead production and quality management deliverables to meet customer and product standards. Establish and deploy operational priorities for the Newark Refinery plant. Oversee overall operational management and implement efficiency improvements. Lead, direct, and control capital and operating budgets for the plant. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4 years of related work experience. Compensation Salary range: $130,000 to $160,000 per year. Work Requirements Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. This is an onsite role in Newark, California.
