The Regional Events & Account Manager owns the end-to-end performance of our Field Marketing Event team as well as our retail partnerships with Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco, serving as the primary point of accountability for revenue, lead generation, and store-level execution across an assigned territory. This role combines field leadership, data-driven program management, and executive-level relationship building to maximize the productivity of every store within the program.
The successful candidate will spend significant time in stores coaching associates, equipping lead takers with the tools and training they need to succeed, and engaging both store leadership and district and regional management across our retail partners. They will translate performance data into clear, actionable business reviews and build a strategic roadmap that grows revenue from the Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco channels year over year.
Key Responsibilities of Regional Events & Account Manager: Recruiting, Onboarding and Training:
Recruit, interview, and hire a team of Field Marketing Representatives.
Responsible for monitoring job applications within an ATS, building pipelines of strong talent, generating referrals from the current team and on the ground talent sourcing.
Design and run onboarding and training programs covering product knowledge, lead generation techniques, and Jacuzzi standards.
Coach representatives through regular training, store visits, and one-on-ones.
Build schedules and coverage plans that maximize lead generation.
Foster a high-energy, accountable, and positive team culture.
Lead Generation Performance Management:
Set clear KPIs (leads captured, lead quality, demo rate, store coverage, event performance) and manage performance through feedback, recognition, and, when needed, performance improvement plans.
Hold regular skills development training sessions
Measure training effectiveness by tracking improvements in lead volume, quality, and conversion rates after each training session, adjust curriculum based on results.
Review Field Marketing team performance weekly to identify trends in productivity, lead quality, store mix, and event ROI. Turn insights into specific coaching plans, training topics, event adjustments, and staffing decisions.
Store/Vendor Performance Management:
