Regional Maintenance Supervisor

ATTENTION: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Leaders! Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams, maintaining high property standards, and driving operational success. Primary Responsibilities Lead and support maintenance teams with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, pool, carpentry, and general repair issues. Train, coach, and develop maintenance associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Assist with hiring, property coverage, performance management, and team development. Conduct property inspections, safety audits, and preventative maintenance reviews. Assist with budgeting, capital planning, vendor relationships, and capital projects. Audit service requests, make-readies, vacant turns, and maintenance spending. Conduct monthly portfolio meetings and maintain required documentation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Requirements HVAC Certification CPO Certification Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience Valid driver's license required Travel required On-call participation required Weekend availability required Why Pedcor?
