Job Description:- • Manage daily store operations • Achieve sales targets (walk-in + B2B) • Manage team (relationship + inside sales + warehouse) • Ensure customer experience and conversion • Maintain store inventory and display • Procurement for BOS+MMS KRA:- • Achieve Monthly and Yearly revenue at store level • Daily order fulfillment to be kept at 100% • Manage and Achieve targets of team (RM + IS + WH) • Customer Satisfaction (NPS to Improve) • Availability score to be kept above 90% • Manage Store cost (operational cost & Inventory control) at optimised level.
