Essential Responsibilities
Collects and validates maintenance reliability data and develops reports for the Reliability Program for each aircraft type through liaising with Flight Operations, OCC, Dispatch, and Maintenance Control.
Analyzes and evaluates aircraft and component technical performance to determine if any unsatisfactory trends or conditions exist. Makes recommendations to the Director of Maintenance based on data to reduce repair costs for parts and increase dispatch reliability.
Evaluates trend data related to Aircraft Technical Avionics (ATAs) and aircraft systems. Based on the analysis and with guidance from the Director of Safety & PMSMS, provides recommendations to the Director of Maintenance regarding specific ATAs and aircraft systems that should be the focus for technical recurrent training.
Reviews aircraft MSAs annually and provides recommendations on changes to the Director of Maintenance to ensure the reliability and airworthiness of the aircraft.
Reviews and assesses the effectiveness of previously implemented Service Bulletins, Mod-sums, and Best Practices.
Work with the Flight Safety Officer to manage the maintenance events associated with the Flight Data Monitoring program.

Minimum Qualifications / Education
Completion of a two- or three-year college program or equivalent in industrial engineering technology, manufacturing technology, or a related discipline.
2+ years of work experience in reliability programs.
Skill Requirements
Proven proficiency in the MS Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Highly analytical, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high volumes of documentation and paperwork.
Work Conditions
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, full-time.
Those local to Yellowknife will be given preference.
Compensation
$81,120–$85,000 annually.
