We are seeking an experienced Remote Senior Safety Manager with a proven track record in construction and corporate safety to join our growing team. The Senior Safety Manager will report to the Senior Director of Business Operations. This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of i2G Systems' corporate safety strategy across all business operations. Working closely with executive leadership, Operations, PMO, Service, and Field teams, this role will establish and execute a comprehensive safety program that promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization. The Senior Safety Manager will ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA requirements, client-specific safety standards, and industry best practices. This position serves as the subject matter expert for safety governance, developing policies, procedures, training programs, risk mitigation strategies, incident management processes, and auditing programs that support both field and office operations. The Senior Safety Manager will monitor emerging regulatory requirements, analyze safety performance metrics, lead investigations into incidents and near misses, and drive corrective actions to reduce risk and prevent injuries. Through proactive leadership, collaboration, and continuous education, this role will help protect i2G's employees, clients, and reputation while ensuring safe and efficient execution of all company activities.
