Pan India Service Head

The Service Manager is responsible for leading the after-sales service function to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, equipment reliability, and service profitability. This role oversees field service operations, technical support, warranty administration, spare parts coordination, customer relationships, safety compliance, and service team development. The Service Manager also ensures the timely resolution of customer issues, supports revenue growth through service contracts and spare parts sales, and drives operational excellence across all service activities.
