Responsibilities Handle incoming reservations calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and accurately entering guest details into the reservation system Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy, working towards a satisfactory resolution Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service roles is an asset Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and proficiency in using computer systems and software Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset Benefits Competitive salary package and additional benefits Career development within Greece's leading hospitality group Opportunities for internal mobility and long-term career growth Accommodation (if necessary) and full board Transportation support and/or travel expenses Access to training and educational programs A dynamic and supportive working environment Employee discounts across Grecotel hotels and selected partner businesses A people-focused culture built on teamwork, respect and excellence
