Salary: $ 50,000.00 We have partnered with a construction company in the Glendale, CA area to provide them with a Residential Masonry Sales person. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested. Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Residential Masonry Sales: #1. Must have 10+ years of On-field Masonry and Concrete experience/ in residential projects. #2. Must have expert knowledge of the trade including block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing, and blueprints. #3. Valid US Driver's License Responsibilities of the Residential Masonry Sales: Attend virtual consultations, client site visits & intake project details Obtain all relevant information to submit detailed bids, including materials, labor hours, and project workflow Manage client relationships with partner vendors, including landscape designers, architects, engineers, irrigation specialists, etc. Prepare detailed bids for submission according to pricing formulas Deploy strategies to meet monthly sales targets Provide regular support to clients and continue to build relationships until the job is completed Prepare contracts and invoices for the client Conduct weekly meetings with Project Management to transition approved bids to the strategic planning phase Requirements for the Residential Masonry Sales: 10+ years of on-field masonry and concrete experience (mostly in residential projects) is preferred) Expert knowledge of the trade, including block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing, and blueprints Proven customer service experience Ability to manage a CRM and navigate various tech platforms Valid US Driver's License Other Key Requirements: 100% onsite Company Car and Gas Gard No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
