Document & System Administration: Act as the primary administrator for our 'Collaborate' document storage system, managing user access, folder structures, contract archives, data cleansing/retention schedules, and renewal tracking.
Compliance & Policy Oversight: Oversee our eLearning platform to track mandatory policy completion, centralise the logging of incidents (including Data Protection, CCTV, health & safety/accidents, and whistleblowing), and maintain key compliance calendars.
Operational & Legal Workflows: Maintain Powers of Attorney registers, process DocuSign workflows (including NDAs and licences), compile monthly WIP/outstanding solicitor reports, coordinate business-wide legal training, and provide ad-hoc support to the Treasury team.
Key Communication Hub: Serve as a trusted point of contact for team communications, using your discretion and sound judgment to prioritise and resolve daily queries.
