Opportunity: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Support the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department while helping lead associates in delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. The Food and Beverage Supervisor works closely with department leadership to maintain service standards, support team performance, monitor product quality, and ensure the restaurant and outlets operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with hotel values.

Your Focus
Support the daily supervision of Food and Beverage associates, including assisting with training, scheduling, coaching, and ongoing performance support.
Lead by example and ensure associates perform in accordance with established hotel and brand standards.
Monitor guest service, product quality, and overall satisfaction throughout Food and Beverage outlets.
Ensure food and beverage items are presented consistently, prepared according to established standards, and meet guest expectations.
Assist with maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout restaurant and service areas.
Conduct visual inspections of Food and Beverage spaces and take appropriate action to maintain an appealing and welcoming environment.
Respond to guest concerns and service recovery opportunities with professionalism, patience, tact, and a hospitality-first mindset.
Interact with guests regularly to gather feedback regarding service, food quality, and their overall experience.
Ensure necessary equipment is in working order and communicate maintenance needs to leadership as appropriate.
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring linen, glassware, silverware, china, condiments, and other operating supplies.
Help ensure outlets are appropriately stocked and prepared for daily service.
Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures as assigned.
Assist Food and Beverage leadership with departmental promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and hotel procedures related to the service of alcoholic beverages.
Reinforce safe work practices and ensure associates follow applicable safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards.
Partner with culinary, banquet, front office, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Assist with resolving operational challenges during assigned shifts and communicate important updates to Food and Beverage leadership.
Support a positive, collaborative, and people-first work environment.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Your Background and Skills
Previous Food and Beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
Prior experience leading or providing direction to a team strongly preferred.
Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
