We are looking for an Operations Executive to help drive operational performance across our growing portfolio of stores and retail projects. This isn't a traditional desk-based operations role. You'll be at the centre of making things happen - supporting new store openings, solving operational challenges, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring our stores have everything they need to perform at their best. The Operations Executive Role: You'll support the end-to-end operational delivery of stores and retail projects, helping take them from launch through to successful day-to-day operation. Support new store openings and retail projects from planning through to post-opening Ensure stores are operationally ready across people, stock, logistics, systems, compliance and Health & Safety Monitor operational performance and maintain consistent standards across stores Identify operational issues, take ownership and drive them through to resolution Coordinate activity across People, Stock & Supply, Build, Creative and Field Operations Manage relationships with operational suppliers and partners Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and ways of working Provide clear communication between stores, central teams and account teams Anticipate operational risks and proactively support solutions What's in it for the Operations Executive?
