Ready to take the next step in your retail management career? As a Retail Team Manager   at Welcome Break, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Marks & Spencer store. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead and motivate your team, and help deliver the high standards and excellent customer experience our customers expect. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop your leadership and operational skills, take real ownership of store performance and have clear opportunities to progress your career with Welcome Break.
