RevOps Developer

Role Summary We're seeking a RevOps Developer to build custom solutions and integrations that power our revenue operations. You'll develop automation, integrate systems, and create technical solutions that enhance our RevOps platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop custom solutions using Apex, Flows, and Salesforce/HubSpot APIs Design and build system integrations between revenue platforms and third-party tools Create and maintain custom automation solutions beyond out-of-box capabilities Develop and optimize data synchronization processes across platforms Build custom reporting and analytics solutions to support revenue insights Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes Collaborate with RevOps team to translate business requirements into technical implementations Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation Support platform migrations and data transformation projects Required Qualifications 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot platforms Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and REST APIs Strong understanding of CRM data models and relational databases Experience building integrations (Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar) Solid knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team Git and version control experience Salesforce Developer Certification or HubSpot developer certification preferred
