Risk Analyst

And at Medibank, we know our greatest potential lies in the people who work with us.    We strive to make real, fundamental change, driven by a simple purpose: to create the best health and wellbeing for all of Australia.   The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Risk Analyst to join our Group Risk & Compliance team and support the delivery of a significant enterprise risk management uplift program in a 12-month Fixed Term capacity .    Working within the Enterprise Risk Management Hub, you'll help enhance risk and compliance frameworks, governance practices, policies, and reporting across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, working with stakeholders across the business to strengthen risk management capability and support improved decision-making.   What you'll be doing   Supporting the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks and policies. Assisting with governance and reporting improvements, including risk committee support. Contributing to the development of an integrated risk architecture across risks, controls, obligations, incidents, and issues. Preparing guidance materials, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinating activities, actions, and deliverables across multiple uplift initiatives.   You'll bring 5–8+ years' experience in Risk, Compliance, Risk Transformation, or a similar discipline. Experience contributing to the design, development, or uplift of risk and compliance frameworks. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives in complex organisations.   Desirable   Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
