Contributes to quality, clinical and financial initiatives by actively seeking and facilitating opportunities for standardization, decreased operational expense and increased revenue with contracting, purchasing, and value analysis. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Nursing with five (5) years clinical, healthcare management, or clinical education experience. Certifications, Licenses or Registration required:   valid RN license Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Leadership, organizational, facilitative, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.   A strong knowledge of medical supplies and processes with expertise in physician relations.  Must have ability to lead strategies to address physician product preferences and utilization variation.  Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) preferred.
