Role - RPA - UI Path - Capital Markets/Investment Banking Domain Location - Mumbai Years of Experience - 5-9 years Role Overview This role’s primary mandate is to transform the execution of risk deliverables through automation , reducing manual touchpoints, enhancing control, and improving operational efficiency. The candidate will partner with Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to the firm’s strategic transformation agenda. Key Responsibilities Automation Delivery Evaluate current processes across the book of work, with a focus on eliminating manual intervention and reducing operational risk Design, build, and implement automation solutions using firm-supported tools Deliver automation outcomes aligned to defined efficiency, control, and accuracy objectives Process Assessment & Transformation Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and control weaknesses Develop process maps and support re-engineering initiatives to enable automation Drive a “simplify before automate” approach across workflows Project Planning & Execution Create and manage project plans for automation initiatives , including milestones, dependencies, and timelines Track delivery against automation goals, ensuring alignment with team priorities Provide regular progress updates and escalate risks where required Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to both…
