Job Title: SailPoint Engineer Location: Chennai Experience: 4–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Up to 15 Days About the Role We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), identity governance, access certification, provisioning, and integration with enterprise applications. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and enhancing identity lifecycle and access governance solutions to strengthen organizational security and compliance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions. Configure identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access governance. Develop and maintain connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, SAP, databases, and enterprise applications. Build and customize workflows, lifecycle events, approval processes, and provisioning policies. Configure access certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reporting. Develop custom rules, plugins, forms, reports, and business processes using SailPoint best practices. Troubleshoot identity synchronization, provisioning failures, and connector issues. Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, cloud applications, and on-premises enterprise platforms. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement IAM solutions. Perform upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and system maintenance. Participate in security audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
