This role supports day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, HR systems and records, and employee programs while partnering closely with members of the HR team to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently. WHAT YOU’LL DO Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, helping ensure new employees have a welcoming, organized, and consistent experience. Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and information in Workday and other HR systems, supporting overall data integrity and recordkeeping. Monitor and support employee inquiries, providing timely information, directing employees to appropriate resources, and escalating questions as needed. Coordinate day-to-day employee activities, workplace amenities, and onsite services that support a positive and well-organized employee experience. Provide administrative support for employee benefits and leave programs, including documentation, employee communications, status follow-up, billing, and recordkeeping. Support recurring compensation and HR processes through data entry, reporting, documentation, and coordination, as needed. Assist with general HR department operations, employee programs, communications, events, and special projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 2+ years of Human Resources, or related professional experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
